■ In case of defective products or incorrect delivery

We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if there is any damage, dirt, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product . We will check the situation and handle the return, exchange, or refund.

*The shipping costs will be covered by our shop.

■ Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Different from the image

• I got the size wrong

• Order mistakes, etc.

■ About made-to-order and limited quantity products

Please note that due to the nature of custom-made products, event-exclusive products, and limited quantity products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

■ About refund method

If a refund is due, it will be processed according to the method used to make the payment.
